Layered Salad
1 head lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 small package frozen peas, do not cook
2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
8 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Layer these ingredients in a 9x13 dish.
Crumble bacon and sprinkle over salad.
Seal with Saran Wrap.
Let stand in refrigerator at least 12 hours
