Prayer-Line

Jim Orozco– Roswell, New Mexico
Jim has been a dear friend for a long, long time and he and his precious wife, Baya have been two of our most faithful supporters for our ministry on the Lord’s behalf. Recently Jim was diagnosed with cancer in his left kidney and had surgery to remove it. We are happy to report that the surgery has been very, very successful. And for this we are thankful and praising the Lord! Please join me, and all of Jim and Baya’s family and friends that continue to pray for this situation. They are the absolute best and I truly thank the Lord for this wonderful couple.

Miss Aislynn Frazier – Akron, Ohio
Aislynn is the 11 year old daughter of Reverend & Mrs. Darrel Frazier (Margaret) who pastor at Arlington COTN, in Akron, Ohio. She has been a very sick little girl. It looks as though she may have to have her colon removed, and then some special corrective surgeries afterwards. Needless to say, she and her family really need our prayers during these difficult days. Believe me, she’s gone through more than anyone her age should ever have to go through, so keep this at the top of your list, alright? Thanks.

Alice Dick – Dumas, Texas
Her husband Jim wrote me recently and requested prayer. She has cancer, and “her chemo has stopped working, and the tumors in the liver and lung have grown.” This is a special couple who I’ve known for a long time, and they have always been committed to God and the Church. We all know that we serve a God of love and grace, let’s pray that God will pour out His healing grace in this situation. Thought I’d tell you, even though they’re going through this trial, the last thing Jim said in his note to me was…”God is good, all the time!” Pray, ok? Again, I thank you on their behalf.

Bob Bush-Detroit Bethel
Many of you know that we’ve been praying for Dottie as she has battled through major health issues. Recently Bob called me to inform us that her long battle is now over and she went home be with her Lord. I was honored to take part in her “Home Going Service” and what a service it was! The Lord’s presence was so very, very real. While we rejoice that she finally made it to “glory” we still need to pray for Bob and their family as they make all the emotional adjustments that need to be made at a time like this.

Bettie Greer-Smith-Casper, Wyoming
Bettie called recently to inform us that her 22 year old grandson, Cory Hicks was killed in Iraq. If I’m not mistaken he had only been there a month. Needless to say their entire family is absolutely devastated. Please, keep them in your prayers-okay? Thanks!
